IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by section 8 (1) (e) of the Nairobi International Financial Centre Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning appoints— Carole Wainaina Jonathan Swai James Irungu Mwangi Janice Kotut-Sang to be members of the Board of Directors of the Nairobi International Finacial Centre Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th July, 2020.
