TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2020 By Mary Mati Thaya, of P.O. Box 72, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's widow for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thaya Mabuti, who died at Gitiburi Sub-location, on 19th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2020 By Liberata Muthoni Njiru, of P.O. Box 73, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's daughter for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Fundi alias Njiru Bunch, who died at Siakago Sub- location, on 12th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 171 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wambui Muchiri and (2) Jane Wangui Maina, both of P.O. Box 2124 Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Kithua, who died at Gachoka, on 7th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
