CAUSE No. 229 OF 2019 By Samwel Alukhala Litaba, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Imbaya Litaba, who died at Ebushiratsi Location, on 2nd December, 1994. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2020 By Jane Andia Amuyunzu, of P.O. Box 26-50317, Chavakali in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Alega Kidusu, who died at Solongo Location, on 23rd October, 2002. CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2020 By Peter Osiru Assanga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Assanga Esikuri Esilaba alias Asanga Esikuri, who died at Ebusikhale Sub-location, on 8th February, 2001. CAUSE No. 124 OF 2020 By Grace Kadesa Mujivane, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mujivane Alfayo Agufana, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 6th June, 2020.
