TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By Johnstone Nyongesa Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wiliam Wafula Khwatenge, who died at Elgon View Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 1997.
