WHEREAS (1) John Ruoya Mungai (ID/9125651), (2) Charles Wandeto Watetu (ID/12477725 and (3) Francis Kimani Karanja (ID/22217877), (as trustees of Friday Morning Self Help Group), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Juja/Komo Block 1/2458, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
