TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 256 OF 2020 By Peter Odhiambo Apida, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Opwodho Ngawir alias Opuodho Nyawiri, who died at Rarieda. on 10th May, 2001. CAUSE No. 257 OF 2020 By Esther Atieno Agom, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Otieno Owuor alias Joaness Otieno Owuor, who died at Jaramongi Oginga Odinga Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2018. CAUSE No. 258 OF 2020 By Siprose Akumu Onditi, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Mito Onditi, who died at Othach Sub-location, on 16th July, 1994. CAUSE No. 259 OF 2020 By Micah Ochieng Nema, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Nema Onyiero Agengo alias Alfred Nema alias Nema Onyiero, who died at Siger, on 3rd December, 1981. CAUSE No. 260 OF 2020 By John Otieno Oywa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oywa Pango alias Joseph Oyua Pango, who died at Barkowino, on 24th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By (1) Domtila Atieno Ayor and (2) Sydney Ochieng Ochieng, the deceased's mother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ochieng Ayot Abeyi, who died at Wawere Sub-location, on 14th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
