TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 89 OF 2020 By Vincent Omware Denge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndenge Abuoro, who died at Umala Sub-location, on 15th May, 1989. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2020 By Maria Margaret Anyango Omondi, of P.O. Box 7397, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Omondi, who died at Star Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
