TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 60 OF 2020 By Lidya Akinyi Ogweno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Rambaya Atiang, who died on 30th November, 2016. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By Peter Omondi Abwao, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kathorina Agutu Arito, who died on 12th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2020 By Mathayo Raphael Anam Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patroba Aluma Otieno, who died on 16th February, 2000. CAUSE No. 64 OF 2020 By Suspeter Oketch Oyugi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyugi Omuoma alias Oyugi Omwoma, who died on 20th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 65 OF 2020 By (1) Susan Auma Ndege, (2) Denish Ochieng Ndege and (3) Jane Anyango Okuku, the deceased's widow, grandson and daughter- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Ndege Ogutu alias Dege Ogutu, who died on 3rd June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
