WHEREAS M'Marete Kanampiu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0216 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Nkuene/Taita/1578, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the high court at Meru in succession cause No. 338 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of grant to Justus Mbaabu Jason (ID/11488594) and whereas the said green card issued earlier to the said has been reported missing, lost or destroyed and the efforts to locate the register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
