THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Kanogo Ritho, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Chembe/Kibabamshe/414, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas HCCC case No no. 2 of 2004 has odered that the land be registered under Jonathan Ngumbao Kata, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert it to Jonathan Ngumbao Kata, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Kanogo Ritho, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect..
