NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th May, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation 753, in Volume DI, Folio 234/4307, File No. MMXIX, by our client, (1) Lucy Njeri Kamau and (2) Duncan Ndung'u Githae (Guardians) on behalf of Sean Githae (minor), of P.O. Box 219- 10205, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sean Kamau formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sean Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sean Githae for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Sean Githae only.
