Box 45281-00200, Nairobi in the Republic, of Kenya, formerly known as Niaz Din Badrul Islam, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Niaz Din Badrul Islam and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Niaz Din Badrul Islam alias Bader Nisa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Niaz Din Badrul Islam alias Bader Nisa only.
