Box 49624-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Concepts Shiraku Abakalwa alias Concepts Shiraku Abakaiwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Concepts Shiraku Abakalwa alias Concepts Shiraku Abakaiwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shantelline Bridget Abakalwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shantelline Bridget Abakalwa only.
