TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By (1) Bernadette Muthira Gitari and (2) William Wanjie Gitari, both of P.O. Box 59208-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gitari Kamau alias P. Gitari Ndembei, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Bernadette Muthira Gitari and (2) William Wanjie Gitari, both of P.O. Box 59208-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Gitari, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
