TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2019 By (1) Mary Karimi Kirimi and (2) Betty Nkirote Kirin* both of P.O. Box 78-60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kirimi Kairanya, late of Kithoka Location, who died on 4th April, 2019. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By (1) Muthomi Mungania, (2) Nkatha Mungania, (3) Gideon Mugambi Mworia and (4) Silas Kamathi A. Mbui, all of P.O. Box 2694- 60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mungania Ayub, late of Kithoka Location, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
