TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 175 "A" OF 2015 By (1) Alice Mumbua Ndunda and (2) Grace Musewa Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 1050-00517, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Ndunda Nzau, late of Mwang'a, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 13th December, 1999. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Raphael Waita, (2) Nzuki Mwangangi Waita and (3) Nzioka Siwadie Waita, all of P.O. Box 25042-00603, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mwangangi Waita, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 7 OF 2020 By (1) Annah Mbithe Nzioki, (2) Julius Mweu Nzioki and (3) Henry Sila Nzioki, all of P.O. Box 315-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioki Ndolo, late of Tala, who died at Avenue Health Care, on 25th July, 2010.
