TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 82 OF 2020 By (1) Lydiah Karima and (2) Glory Kanyiru M'Imaraia, both of P.O. Box 83, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mwambia Mukiira alias Jacob Mwambia Mukira, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2013. CAUSE No. 93 OF 2020 By Lucy Kananu M'Erualci, of P.O. Box 79, Laare in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Kaaka M'Imirongo, who died at Nkanda, on 5th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 94 of 2020 By (1) Murithi John and (2) Aaringo M'Mugambi, both of P.O. Box 475, Maua in Kenya, the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael John Kinyua alias Michael Liakunu, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
