TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 50 of 2020 By (1) Elizabeth Chelangat Soi and (2) Patrick Kipkoech Mutai, both of P.O. Box 1456, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimutai Langat, who died at Green View Nursing Home, on 2nd March, 1999. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2020 By Kipkoske arap Bibei, of P.O. Box 287, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim arap Chemiron, who died at Ketitui, on 10th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
