TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 92 OF 2018 By Margaret Nyokabi Kamau, of P.O. Box 957-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kaman Magu, who died at Ndiuni, Gatuamba, on 15th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Njunge Mwaura, (2) James Mwaura Gatani and (3) Godfrey Mahiga Mwaura, all of P.O. Box 723, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Kahura, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th January, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
