TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2.0 OF 2020 By George Gathu Ngotho, of P.O. Box 226, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Nyambura Gathu, who died on 11th April, 2009. By (1) Samuel Gathege Kungu and (2) Patrick Mburu Kungu, both of P.O. Box 1984-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kungu Gitundu alias Gitu Gitundu alias Kungu Gitundo, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 6th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
