TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2020 By Peter Njoroge Kongo, of P.O. Box 406-00100, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kongo Muchugu alias Moses Kongo alias Kongo Muchugu Wandugi, who died at Kahawa West, on 18th February, 1997. CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By James Mugweru, of P.O. Box 592, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njoki Kuhunya, who died at Githumu Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
