TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 21 OF 2020 By Ogeto Onsongo, of P.O. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onsongo Bogonko, who died at Kisii Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2012. CAUSE No. 23 op 2020 By (1) Mary Nyaboke Onsongo and (2) Anna Nyakerario Onsongo, both of P.O. Box 78, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Onsongo Bogonko, who died at Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2005. in: The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
