TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Cheruiyot Boit, (2) Chirchir Shadrack and (3) Joseah ole Naiguran, all of P.O. Box 99-20401, Chebunyo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Korir, who died at 01 Kerin Sub-location, on 20th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
