TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2020 in: CAUSE No. 58 OF 2020 By Paula Lerosion, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Leshipan Lerosion, who died at Wamba, on 5th July, 2005. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Rahab Nyambura Kimani and (2) John Ndiritu, both of P.O. Box 39, Kiritiri, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kubucha Ndiritu, who died at Maralal, on 7th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
