TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAusE NO. 143 OF 2020 By Wilson Komu Ngaita, of P.O. Box 29187, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Wachira Maina & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ngaita Kiarie alias James Ngaita Kiaria, late of Nairobi, who died there on 8th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
