TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 701 OF 2019 By Henry Ngar Ogoyah, of P.O. Box 126, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Ogoya alias Petrol Ogoya Abwao, who died on 10th May, 2000. CAUSE No. 370 OF 2020 By Paolo Molinaro, of P.O. Box 9021-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wendy Molinaro, who died on 21st January, 2020. CAUSE No. 549 OF 2020 By Ahmed Ali Juma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Juma Karim, who died on 25th March, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
