TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By Simon Kinyua Gitenya, for a grant of. letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gitenya Munyiri, who died on 23rd June, 2017. CAUSE No. 43 OF 2020 By Josephine Wambui Maitho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Maitho Murigo, who died at Nanyuki, on 31st December, 2019. CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Mary Ngima Wanjiru, of P.O. Box 50798-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Wanjiru Ngumi, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
