TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 241 OF 2020 By Fabianus Wasonga Odongo, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Akoth Nyanduru alias John Akoth, who died on 18th May, 2019. CAUSE No. 242 OF 2020 By Fabianus Wasonga Odongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyanduru Opiyo alias Joseph Nyanduru, who died on 29th February, 1999. CAUSE No. 243 OF 2020 By Wycliffe Oluoch Onyango, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Ojuka Onyango, who died on 7th April, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
