TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 77 OF 2019 By Dama Tsuva Mashobo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changawa Tuva Mashobo alias Changawa Mashobo, who died on 10th April, 1985. CAliSE NO. E001 OF 2020 By (1) Lenox Nzai Ruwa and (2) Katana Nzai Ruwa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Kombe Nzai, who died on 10th February, 2017. CAUSE No. E21 OF 2020 By (I) Nyavula Kaingu Samuel, (2) Matano Samuel Kaingu and (3) Kadzo Samuel Kaingu, the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kaingu Tsalakushe, who died on 31st October, 2013. The Court will ?roceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
