TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2020 By Isaac Charles Mbua, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Waithira Mungai, who died TL5H, on 27th June, 2000. CAUSE No. 122 OF 2020 By Hannah Nyambura Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kariuki Chege, who died at Gakarara Sub-location, on 4th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
