TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 53 OF 2019 By (1) Isaack Macharia Konjore, (2) Isaac Macharia Kionjore, (3) Jessy Mututua Ledama and (4) John Ribiro Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 57528-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kionjore Macharia, who died at Njoro, on 20th February 2017. CAUSE No. 34 OF 2020 By Eunice Wairimu Njihia, of P.O. Box 25148-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Karomo Sospeter Wamwea, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
