CAUSE No. 136 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Wanza Muthini and (2) Samuel Wenwa Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Wafula Mayabi, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2017. CAUSE No. 160 OF 2020 By Timothy Mutua Mbithi, of P.O. Box 1000-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbua Mbithi, who died at Isinga, on 6th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2020 By Nduku Musyoka, of P.O. Box 1000-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Kimangi Bernard alias Benard Musyoka Kimangi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
