TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 200 OF 2019 By (I) Eunice Mwikali Muchoki, (2) Penninah Kalumu Makau and (3) Jeannette Muthoki Munyae, all of P.O. Box 66, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rabeccah Kamanthe Munuve, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 354 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Kioko Kisui and (2) Francis Mwaniki Kisui, both of P.O. Box 1, Mukuyuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Kisui Mwaniki, who died at Mukuyuni. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
