TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 2nd October, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3987 CAUSE No. 533 OF 2020 By (1) Michael Ouma Auko and (2) Michael Otieno Oginga, both of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's nephew and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Otiende Ago, who died at Korando B, on 23rd October, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
