CAUSE No. 69 OF 2020 By Josphat Kiria M'Naitori, of P.O.Box 427-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Naitore M'Turuchiu, late of Kithunguri, who died there on 13th August, 2009.
