TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 336 OF 2019 By James Okcllo Otuoma, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otuoma Malowa, who died at Madungu, on 7th August, 1986. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2(09 By Christopher Omondi Ochieng, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administr:Mon intestate to the estate of Joseph Ochieng, who died at Nyamsenda 25th Febtuary. 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
