REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kigoro Mubire (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Embu/Kamarandi/14, situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Embu in succession cause no. 254 of 1995, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Alexander Nyaga Kigoro (ID/3517471), and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Kigoro Mubire (deceased), and whereas the land title deed issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Alexander Nyaga Kigsta,,,,wmInwporowaiwegistration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kigoro Mubire (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
