NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the disposal of uncollected goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KBF 890R, model Toyota 102, Station Wagon, which is lying at Wasonga Auto Garage, Nairobi, for more than two (2) years, shall be sold within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice if payment of repair charges and storage charges outstanding and other incidental cost will not have been paid.
