Box 187-00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known Nehemiah Mbatia Nganga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nehemiah Mbatia Nganga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mbatia Nehemiah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Mbatia Nehemiah only.
