REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Beatrice Wangui Gathendu alias Betrice Wangui Githendu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kiine/Rukanga/1713, 2129 and 1854, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 59 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration to Accram Guandaro Githendu (ID/21884372), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Beatrice Wangui Gathendu alias Betrice Wangui Githendu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Accram Guandaro Githendu (ID/21884372), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Beatrice Wangui Gathendu alias Betrice Wangui Githendu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
