TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By Charles Maina Mwaura, of P.O. Box 640, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Mwaura Kamau, who died at Mbagara Sub-location, on 15th November, 2007. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Judith Khatete Krismon, of P.O. Box 13, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solome Wafuwa Shitanda alias Wafubwa Shitanda, who died at Kakamega County General Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
