TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 13 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Waguama Njagi and (2) Stephen Gicobi Njagi, both of P.O. Box 324, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Mutthomi & Karanja, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reginald Njagi Nyaga, late of Rwathai, Kirinyaga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2018. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By (1) Stephen Munene Ngembe and (2) Shiela Wakabari Karekia, both of P.O. Box 833-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Wanjiru Waweru, advocates of Kerugoya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josia Ngembe Njega alias Ngembe Njega, late of Kirima, Kirinyaga, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
