TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 385 OF 2020 By Mary Atieno Opiyo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josek Opiyo Okaka, who died at Night Ngale Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 2011. CAUSE No. 438 OF 2020 By (1) Selline Adhiambo Naya and (2) Lavenda Achieng Otieno, both of P.O. Box 285, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Otieno Oda alias Moses Otieno, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 8th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
