TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.506 OF 2017 By (1) Lydia Njeri Muhia and (2) Hannah Nyambura Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1-20316, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Muhia Kinyua, who died at St. Mary's Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th February, 2017. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By (1) Moses Mungai Thiongo and (2) Joseph Kinuthia Thiongo, both of P.O. Box 71-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiongo Kinuthia, who died at Maiella Sub-location, on 31st August, 1996. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Susan Wanjiru Ndungu, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wairimu Burugu, who died at Munyu-ini, on 25th April, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
