TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 137 OF 2020 By (I) Peter Kiarie Nganga and (2) Jerioth Wanjiru Nganga, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambui Kimani, who died at Kijabe, on 27th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 146 OF 2020 By Daniel Mutunga Ndeti, of P.O. Box 56932-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muasa Ndeti, who died at Donyo Sabuk Nursing Home, on 2nd October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
