TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E012 OF 2020 By Everina Ruguru Mureithi, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justa Igandu Karuka, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2002. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2020 By James Kinyua Njogu, of P.O. Box 173, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Karurie, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2003. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2020 By (1) Damaris Gakii Rutere and (2) Daris Karimi Muthee, both of P.O. Box 396, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Njiru Njeru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
