TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 182 OF 2020 By Seely Marna, of P.O. Box 1870-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Biwott Birigen, who died on 30th October, 2018. CAUSE No. 286 OF 2020 By Eunice Jeptoo, the deceased's daughter, through Messrs. Arap Mitei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat arap Kitur, who died at Kilimani, Kibulgeny, on 18th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
