TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 14 OF 2020 By (1) William Njeri Kuronoi and (2) Simon Kasaine Kuronoi, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kashono Kuronoi alias James Kachono Kuronoi, who died at Eor Enkitok, on 25th January, 1995. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By Peninah wangui Ndungu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Cere Kuno alias Kimani Chere Kuno, who died at Narok County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2020 By (I) Margaret Nemama Nkowua and (2) Tapeet ole Sanket, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkowua Kolian Nicholas, who died along Naivasha—Maai Mahiu Road, on 1st June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
