TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 148 OF 2020 By (1) Joice Atieno Ombuche and (2) Nancy Awuor, both of P.O. Box 1-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremia Ombuche Oura alias Jeremiah Ombuche Oura, who died at District Hospital, Homa Bay in Kenya, on 24th May, 2008. CAUSE No. 149 OF 2020 By John Bellings Ouma, of P.O. Box 281-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Paul Ouma Oyugi, who died at JOOTRH, on 20th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 155 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Okech Mondo and (2) Malachy Osoongo, of P.O. Box 7-40326, Rodi Kopany in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mondo Okelo, who died at District Hospital, Homa Bay in Kenya, on 4th April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
