TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 340 OF 2020 By Nyaboke Opanga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bosire Orangi, who died at Bonyando, on 11th October, 2018. CAUSE No. 341 OF 2020 By Richard Makori Mwebi, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwebi Kerongo James, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 31st August, 2004. CAUSE No. 342 OF 2020 By Kemunto Ogechi, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogechi Omayio, who died at Nyamecheo, on 18th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
